This page explains what Be Well by Cata, LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use bewellbycata.com, including the bloating quiz, and what we do with it. If you have a question, email us at cattarozo@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you give us in the quiz: your first name, your email address, your answers, and anything you type in the open question.
- What your browser sends: when you visit the site, our hosting provider and the Meta pixel receive basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, and the address of the page you visited.
We do not ask for payment details on this site.
How we use it
- To show you your quiz result.
- To email you about your result and follow up about your gut health. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- To understand which of our ads bring people to the site, so we can run them better.
Your quiz answers stay private
Your answers are saved to a private Google Sheet that only we and the marketing partner who runs the quiz for us can open. We never send your answers, your result, or any health detail to Meta or any other advertiser, and we never put them in the page address.
We do not sell your information.
The Meta pixel
This site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta that someone visited a page, finished the email step of the quiz, saw a quiz result, or clicked to book a call. It does not send your answers. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's privacy policy. You can control this in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.
Who else handles your information
- Google stores the quiz Sheet and serves the fonts on this site.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Practice Better handles booking. When you book a call, you leave this site, and Practice Better's privacy policy applies.
- Our marketing partner runs our ads and the quiz, and receives an email with each quiz result so it can make sure the quiz works.
How long we keep it
We keep your quiz answers and email for as long as we need them to follow up with you. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Your choices
- To unsubscribe, use the link in any email.
- To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email cattarozo@gmail.com.
Not medical advice
The quiz is for education only. It is not a diagnosis and it does not replace medical care. Cata Rozo is a functional practitioner, not a medical doctor.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
